If you’d like to purchase a specific Archer training course or exam using a credit card, follow the steps below. These instructions apply only to credit‑card purchases. If you plan to use Training Credits, you must contact Archer Academy directly so we can assist with registration and ensure credits are deducted correctly.
Step 1: Log In to the Learning Portal
Follow the login instructions here: Training Portal Login
Once logged in, click Store at the top of the page.
Step 2: Add Courses or Exams to Your Cart
Browse the catalog, select the course or exam you want, and add it to your shopping cart. You may continue adding items as needed, then proceed to checkout to enter your credit card information.
Step 3: Purchasing for Someone Else or in Bulk
If you’re buying training for another person—or multiple people—add the item to your cart. A pop‑up will appear with an option to purchase in bulk or on behalf of someone else.
Select that option to open the bulk purchase page, where you can:
- Enter the number of students
- Provide student names and emails (if known)
- Leave names blank if you prefer to distribute coupon codes later
If you do not list student names, the system will generate coupon codes for each item purchased. You can then share those codes with the intended learners, who will redeem them through their own accounts.
Important System Limitation
If you need different quantities of different items (for example, 2 seats in one class and 3 seats in another), please complete these purchases in separate transactions. The system currently assumes you want the same quantity for all items in your cart.
Need to Transfer a Purchase?
If you purchased a course under your own account but need it moved to someone else, contact Archer Academy right away. As long as the training has not been opened, we can remove it from your profile and assign it to the correct student.
Reminder: Training Credits Require Archer Academy Assistance
Credit‑card purchases can be completed directly in the Store. Training Credits cannot.
If you want to use Training Credits to register a student, you must contact Archer Academy so we can:
- Register the student
- Apply the correct delivery format (self‑paced or instructor‑led)
- Deduct credits from your organization’s balance
- Prevent accidental use of your credits by other departments
