When On‑Demand Courses Become Available

On‑demand courses are available immediately after purchase. If the course includes a lab, we wait for you to request it so your lab time doesn’t begin before you’re ready. Learn more about labs here: Training Lab Information

Can Archer Training Be Downloaded or Hosted on My Intranet?

No. Training must be taken within the Archer Academy platform. This ensures:

• Accurate learner transcripts
• Course feedback collection
• Usage insights that help improve the training catalog

Learners can create an account at no cost and will receive certificates for completed courses.

Payment Options

You may purchase training in two ways:

• Credit Card: Visit the Archer Academy Learning Portal, select a course, add it to your cart, and check out.
• Purchase Order / Bulk Purchases: Contact your account representative. If you don’t have one, reach out to us and we’ll connect you.

Buying Training for Your Team

Managers can purchase training for multiple learners. Instructions for bulk credit‑card purchases are here: Bulk Purchase Instructions

You may also work with your account manager to purchase a bank of Training Credits for flexible use across courses.

Archer Certifications

Virtual vs. In‑Person Training

Since 2020, public classes have been delivered virtually. In 2025, we evaluated returning to in‑person sessions, but organizations and learners indicated that travel time and cost were prohibitive.

Private training may still be delivered on‑site. If you’d like to explore this option, contact your account manager or reach out here: Archer Academy Support

Class Logistics and Pre‑Class Emails

For upcoming classes, instructors send login details and materials the Thursday before class, or on Friday at the latest.

If you haven’t received anything by midday Friday, check your junk folder and then contact us.

Certificates and CPE Credits

Once your course is marked Completed, you may print a Certificate of Completion. Certificates include:

• Your name
• Course name
• Completion date
• Estimated CPE value

About CPE Acceptance

Archer training is widely accepted for CPE credit across GRC/IRM‑related certifications. Learners should retain their certificate and submit it to their certification body. If additional detail is requested, providing the full course description (accessible from links within the Course Catalog page) typically satisfies auditors.
