This release enhances the document dashboard tables to better show who's currently responsible for each item, listing every approver and owner assigned at its current stage instead of just one.

See Every Approver and Owner at a GlanceThe Approver and Owner columns across My Documents, In Progress, Documents, and the version details page (previously labeled "People") now support multiple people and groups, and any one of them can act at the item's current stage. Long or crowded lists truncate, with a tooltip showing the full list or name.
Release WindowWe will be performing the upgrade on September 30th, 2026 between 9:00PM-12:00AM CT.
