Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release July 13th, 2026.

Release Details

This release resolves two issues, one affecting document creation access, and the second affecting association updates on integrated document types.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where users couldn't create documents of a given type when creation access was granted only through a default group (a group every user automatically belongs to) — the Create option should have been available to them but wasn't.
Fixed an issue where adding or updating document owner associations on an integrated document type before it was published showed an error message, even though the change was actually saved.
