Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release March 16th, 2026

Release Details 

For this release we have updated both the main version and the beta version with new functionality. With this release we have cleaned up a few screens within the Document Types and updated how users are managed within Doc Gov. You will no longer have the ability to activate or deactivate users within Doc Gov. Permissions to the system will be managed within the Archer User settings. We have also updated the header and footer on the PDF to be a fixed height and resolved an issue where they were not displaying on every page of the PDF.

• User Activation/Deactivation no longer in Doc Gov.
• Minor bug fixes.

Beta Features

• Document Type Conflict Resolution screen now has pagination.
• PDF Generation handles Header and Footer more consistently.

Release Window

• We will be performing the upgrade on March 16, 2026 between 7-9am ET.
