Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release April 1st, 2026

Release Details 

For this release we have done a number of bug fixes and UX improvements to handle larger user lists. In addition we have added a new setting to turn redlines on/off by default when reviewing a version or draft.

Key Features

• Fixed an issue where per-group notification settings could not be configured.
• Fixed an issue where changing per-group notifications settings would briefly show that the toggles were disabled.
• Paginate users in Administration tab and allow for searching via email address.
• Enable users to configure the default redlines behavior.

Release Window

• We will be performing the upgrade on April 1, 2026 between 9-12PM CT. (Note the new release window)
