Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release 2025.04.

Release Details

The following features, enhancements, or bug fixes were released to all non-production and production environments during the month of April 2025.

Features

Notification Management is now available and enables Document Governance administrators to control what type(s) of notifications are sent to users.

Enhancements

• Added more descriptive user error messages for document and version deletion, merge, and unknown pages.
• Added additional help text to global notification settings page.
  
  

Bug Fixes

• Fixed blank screen redirection issue when adding users to a group. 
• Fixed search box title and full-text-search.
• Tags are now listed in alphabetical order. 
  
  

Retirement

The Alerts tab in the Document Governance global header has been retired.
