Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release 2025.05.
Scope
The scope of release announcements includes updates that will most broadly impact or improve usage for Document Governance administrators and users. Release announcements are not intended to be all-inclusive of every code change or update.
Release Details
The following features, enhancements, or bug fixes were released to all non-production and production environments during the month of May 2025.
Enhancements
- Document owners are now synced to from Document Governance to Archer when a document is published.
- Added additional styling for document and version deletion, merge, and unknown pages.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue showing users' group membership count as higher than the actual number of groups that appear in their group list.
- Fixed sync error that caused a blank white screen when multiple drafts were synced on a version.
- Fixed publish error that occurred when anchors were used in section headings.
Retirement
