Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release January 21, 2026. Delayed
Release Details
For this release we have updated both the main version and the beta version with new functionality. With this release reviewers can only review within the stage they are assigned in the workflow. Now when a document is within a review stage, readers will no longer be able to see the document. Only Admins, Document Owners, Document Owner (Delegates), and the assigned reviewers can see and approve or reject the draft and version.

- Reviewer permissions are locked to the stage the reviewer is in.

- Minor bugs fixes.

Due to an issue found in testing, this release has been delayed. I will post an update when we know when the new release window will be.
