Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release December 22, 2025. 

Release Details 

For this release we have updated both the main version and the beta version with new functionality.

Key Features

• The Archer Logo no longer appears when printing to PDF within Doc Gov.
• New prompt to add reviewers when a version is using a different workflow.

Beta Features

• Update language for "Document Types" across application.
• Moved Document Types edit functions from the menu to the doc type page.
• Documents can trigger Document Type version sync.

Release Window

• We will be performing the upgrade on December 22, 2025 between 7-9am ET.
