Archer announces the General Availability of Document Governance Release October 13, 2025. 

Release Details 

This release delivers several stability and usability improvements, including an updated way to reviewer groups to a workflow. In addition we have updated the document search to allow for more granular searching. We will also be adding in better monitoring to help us understand performance issue in more depth.

Key features 

• Improved Reviewer Groups – When adding reviewer groups to a workflow it is now one section that allows you to add or create the groups needed in one row instead of many.
• Better Document Search – Searching has been updated to produce clearer results with less input.

Release Window

• We will be performing the upgrade on October 13, 2025 between 7-9am ET.
