What Happens When Your Archer On‑Demand Subscription Expires

An Archer On‑Demand Subscription provides one student with full access to our training catalog for 12 months. Individual on‑demand courses also carry a 12‑month access period from the date of registration.

To understand what happens when that access period ends, review the details below.

Monthly Cleanup Process

At the end of your 12‑month access window, our system performs a monthly cleanup that affects enrollments within a subscription.

1. Not Yet Started

Any courses or exams you have not started are removed from your profile.

2. Completed

Courses or exams marked Completed remain in your profile. You will continue to see them on your transcript and may still download your certificates of completion. You will not be able to access the course material once it is past the expiration date listed on the course.

3. In Progress

Courses or exams marked In Progress remain in your profile, but since they have reached the expiration date, you will no longer be able to access the training material.

Additional Information Regarding Expiration Dates

Courses Updated During Your Subscription Year

If an existing course is updated during your subscription year, the content of the training updates and the expiration date is adjusted to match the end of your subscription year. It remains on your course profile, but your progress is reset for that course because it contains revised or new content. Your access will end when the subscription year ends.

Newly Released During Your Subscription Year

If a new course is released during your subscription year, you are enrolled in the new course and the expiration date is set to match the end of your subscription period.

Because of this, it’s best to begin your courses early in your subscription year to make full use of your access.
