Hands-on Labs: Courses that feature live environments (like Admin Essentials) include the exact same labs for self-paced learners.

NOT Included:

Live Instruction: This subscription applies exclusively to on-demand content. Live instructor-led courses must be purchased separately.

How Do the Hands-On Labs Work?

To give you ultimate flexibility, lab environments are provisioned on demand:

Study First: Launch a course and read through the materials at your own pace.
Request Your Lab: When you are ready to practice, open a support ticket.
Log Your Hours: We provision your environment, giving you 20 hours of lab time over the next 4 weeks.
Get Support: Stuck on an exercise? Open a ticket and our team will help guide you through.
Next Course: Once your time expires, the lab is deleted, but you retain course access for the full 12 months. Repeat the process for your next class.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the 12-month clock start?

You have 12 months from the date of purchase to assign a subscription to a specific user. Once assigned to an individual, their personal 12-month access clock begins ticking.

Example: If you buy three subscriptions in January, assign one to a hire in March, and two to hires in June, the March hire has access until the following March, and the June hires have access until the following June.

Can a subscription be reassigned if an employee leaves?

We handle reassignments on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse. If a reassignment is approved, a maximum of one transfer is permitted, and the original expiration date remains unchanged.
