It’s common for students to be assigned an On‑Demand Subscription or individual on‑demand courses before they’ve ever logged into the Archer learning platform. We can easily create a profile and enroll these students—but they still need to log in to access what’s been assigned.
This guide explains how to find your training and how long you’ll have access to it.
Step 1: Log In to the Learning Platform
If you have not yet logged in, please follow the instructions here.
Logging in is essential. You will not be able to see or launch your assigned training until you complete this step.
Step 2: Go to Your “My Learning” Page
Once inside the learning platform, open your My Learning page. This page shows:
- Courses and exams you’ve been enrolled in
- Courses you’ve already completed
To begin a self‑paced course, simply click into it to launch. If you’re enrolled in an instructor‑led course, your instructor will email details—typically late in the week before the course begins.
Step 3: Understanding What’s Been Added to Your Account
If You Were Assigned an On‑Demand Subscription
All paid on‑demand courses and exams are automatically added to your profile. Free courses remain available in the Store for you to enroll in as needed.
If You Were Assigned Individual Courses
Each assigned course will appear directly in your My Learning page once you log in.
Step 4: Know Your Access Window (12 Months)
All Archer training—subscriptions and individual courses—comes with a 12‑month access period starting from the date of registration.
- After 12 months, expired courses can no longer be opened, even for review.
- For subscriptions, any courses not yet started or in progress are removed from your account once the subscription reaches its 1‑year expiration.
Logging in promptly ensures you can see your enrollments and make full use of your access period.
If you have additional questions, we’re always here to help.
