Product Pulse
Product pulse is where we collect feedback about our design choices or requests for new features. Have concerns on how we changed something? or do you want the ability to do something new? Log it in product pulse. This is where the product team goes to listen for what to build next.
Case Portal
The Case Portal is where we want to collect data around your defects and performance issues. If something is broken, behaving incorrectly, or slower than it should be, file a support ticket. This is tracked by our team and we have escalation processes built in place. Cases we can replicate take priority over new feature requests. Cases related to the New UI also take priority over cases related to Classic UI.

Archer Community

The project to refresh our New UI was an is an ambitious effort. Would be great if these news Articles include which software product this applies; Archer SaaS, Archer On-Premise, etc. Will the new UI be available for Archer On-Premise platform?
