Overview:
Archer helps your organization manage risk and compliance on a unified platform. There are many built-in features which help manage workflow included in the out-of-the-box solutions and use cases. This training focuses on the Advanced Workflow features which enhance record management and automate workflow in Archer applications and questionnaires. After completing this course, participants will be able to configure new Advanced Workflows and modify existing workflows.
NOTE: The virtual lab exercises for Archer Advanced Workflow use a virtual, on-prem instance of Archer, so lab exercises will be completed using Archer Classic UX. This course does provide video demonstrations and screenshots of Archer Core UX for admin functions where there are differences in functionality and user experience.
Audience:
The course is intended for Archer Administrators. As an advanced course, it is intended for administrators who have already completed Archer Admin Essentials training (formerly Archer Administration I) and plan to create, modify, or manage Advanced Workflow in Archer applications and questionnaires.
Delivery Options:
This course can be taken in either an instructor-led (see schedule options) format over 2 full consecutive days, or in our on-demand/self-paced format, which allows the student up to a year to work through the materials and 20 runtime hours over 4 weeks of access to the accompanying lab environment. The contents of each delivery option are the same; the key differences are tied to the mode of delivery. If you're a successful self-paced learner or struggle to set aside 2 full days to take a live class, on-demand may be for you. If you'd value live interaction with an instructor, choose the live option.
Duration:
- Instructor-Led Training: Two 8-hour days consisting of instructor-led training and lab exercises.
- On-Demand Training: Estimated 16 hours combining on-demand course material and instruction plus lab exercises.

Individuals who have not completed the prerequisites will likely not have the skills required to complete the activities contained in this course. This course assumes you possess Archer administration knowledge which is not covered in this material.
