Archer Advanced Workflow – Archer Community

Archer Advanced Workflow is an in‑depth training course focused on the advanced workflow capabilities that enhance record management and automate processes within Archer applications and questionnaires. Participants learn how Advanced Workflow interacts with core Archer features, how to configure new workflows, and how to modify and troubleshoot existing ones.

Note: Lab exercises use a virtual on‑premises Archer instance, so all hands‑on work is completed in Archer Classic UX. Video demonstrations and screenshots of Archer Core UX are included where functionality differs.

Audience

This course is designed for Archer administrators who have completed Archer Admin Essentials (formerly Archer Administration I) and plan to create, modify, or manage Advanced Workflow in Archer applications and questionnaires.

Delivery Options

This course is available in two formats:

Instructor‑Led (2 full consecutive days)
On‑Demand / Self‑Paced — includes up to one year of access to course materials and 20 runtime lab hours over a 4‑week lab window

Both formats contain the same content. Choose on‑demand if you prefer flexible pacing or cannot commit to two full days. Choose instructor‑led if you value live interaction and guided discussion.

Duration

Instructor‑Led: Two 8‑hour days of instruction and lab exercises
On‑Demand: Approximately 16 hours of combined course content and lab work
