Archer Questionnaires – Archer Community

The Archer Questionnaires course provides administrators with the knowledge and hands‑on experience needed to configure, manage, and optimize Questionnaires within Archer. Learners explore what Questionnaires are, when to use them, and how to build and maintain them using key features such as Campaigns, Show/Hide Rules, Findings generation, and the Question Library.

Note: This course includes two learning paths—one for Classic UX and one for Core UX. Virtual lab exercises use a virtual on‑premises Archer instance and are completed only in Archer Classic UX. Video demonstrations and screenshots are provided for Core UX where functionality differs.

What You Will Learn

Participants will learn how to:

Work with the Question Library to create and manage questionnaire questions
Create new questionnaires and modify existing questionnaire records
Build questionnaires from scratch, including structure, logic, and scoring
Enable and configure automatic Findings generation
Configure dynamic question display using Show/Hide Rules and predefined answer lists
Set up and run Campaigns to generate questionnaire assessments in bulk
Apply best practices for maintaining and updating questionnaires over time
