Archer Questionnaires

Overview:

The Archer Questionnaires course aims to make Archer Administrators proficient at working with and configuring Questionnaires. The course provides an in-depth look at Questionnaires by explaining what they are, when they're used, and how to use them. The course also explains in detail how to configure Questionnaires by leveraging Questionnaire features such as Campaigns, Show/Hide Rules, and the Question Library. Students will work with different questionnaire aspects such as creating and importing questions, Findings generation, and risk scores. Students who take this course will be able to work with existing Questionnaires or create and configure new ones. 

NOTE: This course offers two learning paths, one for the Classic user experience and the other for the Core UX. However, the virtual lab exercises for this course use a virtual, on-prem instance of Archer, so lab exercises will be completed using Archer Classic UX. The course does provide video demonstrations and screenshots of Archer Core UX where there are differences in functionality and user experience.

• Archer Admin Essentials or equivalent in real-world experience

• Work with the Question Library and use it to build questions for questionnaires
• Work with existing questionnaire records and create new ones
• Create a completely new questionnaire
• Enable and configure automatic Findings generation
• Configure questionnaires to have dynamic question display actions and predefined answer lists
• Configure and run Campaigns to create questionnaire assessments in bulk
• Apply best practices when working with modifying or managing existing questionnaires
