User Authentication in Archer (LDAP & SSO)

This course provides a comprehensive, hands‑on overview of authentication in Archer, including how authentication works within the platform, available login methods, and user creation options. Participants begin with foundational LDAP concepts, explore configuration attributes and common deployment scenarios, and practice troubleshooting real‑world LDAP issues.

The course also covers Single Sign‑On (SSO) configuration in Archer—Windows Integrated Authentication, AD FS, and SAML—along with guided exercises to investigate and resolve common SSO challenges. The training concludes with an introduction to Personal Access Tokens (PATs) for API‑based integrations.
