As part of Archer’s ongoing efforts to modernize authentication, we are enhancing Archer Instance Manager (AIM) through integration with Descope’s Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform.
This enhancement introduces several highly requested authentication capabilities that were not previously available in AIM, including:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
As the project nears completion, we are seeking customers to participate in a pilot program to evaluate these new capabilities.
Pilot participants will be able to continue using AIM as part of their normal configuration and administration workflows while experiencing and providing feedback on the new authentication process. This feedback will help ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience before general availability.
The pilot program would most likely begin in middle to late August 2026 and is open to
- Existing US SaaS customers currently using AIM
- Existing US SaaS customers who have delayed adopting AIM while waiting for SSO and MFA support
If you are interested in participating or would like additional information, please contact:
- Meg O’Neil – meg.oneil@archerirm.com
- Matt Ireton – matt.ireton@archerirm.com
We are excited to bring these new authentication capabilities to AIM and look forward to partnering with our customers to ensure the best possible user experience.
