When entering in a report from an iView on the new dashboard, we select 'Modify'. From there, no changes are made but we go back to the screen to update the chart and the Titles are back on the chart setup. They were previously not there. Is this a known issue with the new dashboard functionality? Please advise on a workaround until this can be resolved.

That has been a bug for quite awhile. I had a case on it at a previous employer but never saw a fix in any release notes since then.
