How to Create an Archer Community Account

Follow the steps below to create a new account and log in to the Archer Community.

Step 1: Access the Login Page

• Navigate to the Archer Community Login page.
   

Step 2: Start Registration

• Click on the Sign In button to begin the process.
• You will be redirected to You will be directed to the Archer Cloud sign in page; https://id.archerirm.cloud/ (Connecting to Zendesk) to complete your registration
• Select the option to Sign up.
  
  

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form

• Fill in the self-registration form with your details.
• Click Register to submit your information.

Step 4: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• You will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication for added security.

Step 5: Verify Your Email

• The system will send a verification code to your registered email address.
• Check your inbox for an email from ArcherCloudID@archerirm.com.
• Enter the verification code and click Verify.

What Happens Next

If your registration is successful:

• A confirmation message will appear.
• You will be redirected to the login page, where you can sign in to the community.
