Tools & Utilities

• Archer Advanced Workflow Content Assistant for On-premise has been re-certified on Archer platform release 2024.11. This offering, previously free, is now a paid option available for purchase through the Archer Exchange.
• Archer Advanced Workflow Content Assistant for SaaS is a new offering for Archer SaaS clients to manage bulk actions for items with the Advanced Workflow process. 
• Archer BI Connector has been re-certified on Archer Platform release 2025.02 and provides a pagination update when managing larger data sets with Tableau. This offering, previously free, is now a paid option available for purchase through the Archer Exchange.

• Archer Dashboard Conversion has been updated to address a login issue for SaaS environments on Archer platform release 2024.09.
• Archer Enhanced User Experience has been re-certified on Archer Platform release 2024.11 and addresses an issue with an icon’s visibility for reference fields with help text enabled. This offering, previously free, is now a paid option available for purchase through the Archer Exchange.
• Archer Mail Merge Wizard is a new offering used to help streamline the mail merge process by automatically generating mail merge field syntax and create mail merge output in bulk.
• Archer Questionnaire Assistant has been re-certified on Archer Platform release 2024.11 for on-premise and SaaS clients not using Archer NGRX custom objects. For SaaS clients using Archer NGRX custom objects, this offering has been updated and is certified on Archer Platform Release 2025.04. This offering, previously free, is now a paid option available for purchase through the Archer Exchange.
• Archer User Profile & Contact Synchronization has been re-certified on Archer Platform release 2025.02. This offering, previously free, is now a paid option available for purchase through the Archer Exchange.

Integrations

• BlueVoyant Supply Chain Defense (SCD) is a new offering that displays third party cyber risk scores, findings, and emerging vulnerabilities from SCD within Archer.
• ServiceNow has been updated to enhance performance by resolving a JavaScript execution issue.
• Tenable.io Vulnerability Management is a new offering that helps integrate vulnerability data sourced from Tenable.io allowing you to identify assets in need of remediation based on the business priority set by your organization.

Content Update

Beginning February 2025, Archer will no longer provide updates to authoritative sources and more.  Existing content will remain available on the Archer Exchange.  Please review the Roadmap Blog Archer Content Updates (login required) for additional details. 

Transition to Paid Offerings

The Archer team has been working on significant improvements to the Archer Exchange to enable a true self-service buying experience. Archer is moving some free offerings to a paid model. Offerings previously free may now require payment. These offerings require additional upkeep as Archer adds new features, addresses defects, or recertifies the offering for Archer Platform releases.  For more information, please review the blog: New and Updated offerings available for purchase on the Archer Exchange.

Offering Packages

Beginning February 2025, the Archer Exchange team began to transition offering packages from the Archer Community to the Archer Exchange. For some free offerings, you will see the Learn More button change to Try it for Free. This button takes you to MyApps page which provides the option to download the offering from the Archer Exchange user interface. For paid offerings, users will need to complete the Buy Now purchase process to obtain the offering. The package will be available in the myApps page.  For paid app-packs that require license key updates, you will need to complete the order via your account manager. The offering package will be available in myArcher.  Please review the Editions and Pricing tab > Fulfillment message for details on where to obtain the package for your offering.

Archer Next Generation Risk Experience Custom Objects

The Archer Exchange team is updating offerings containing custom objects for compatibility with the Archer Next Generation Risk Experience (NGRX). These updated offerings are scheduled to be released in the coming weeks.
