Tools & Utilities

• Archer Advanced Workflow Content Assistant was recertified on Archer platform release 2024.03.
• Archer BI Connector was updated to address an issue with handling encoded URL queries. The documentation was updated to include troubleshooting steps for connecting with Power BI server.
• Archer Dashboard Conversion is a new offering that can assist Archer administrators convert existing Classic Dashboards, individually or in bulk, to the new Next Generation Dashboard.
• Archer Scripts Save Confirmation is a new offering that enables Archer administrators to easily configure a save confirmation feature, prompting end users with a confirmation message to either proceed with or cancel their save action.
• Archer User Profile & Contact Synchronization has been updated to allow the ability to filter by the create/update date when selecting users by Last Runtime.

End of Product Support Policy

Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, refer to the Product Version Life Cycle.

The following Archer Exchange offerings have reached end of product support:

• Cymulate Breach & Attack Simulation integration is no longer functioning and has been removed from the Exchange. The Archer Exchange team is currently working with Cymulate to update this offering and will republish when available.
• Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Content Data Feed integration RSS feeds have been discontinued. The data feed has been removed from the Exchange.
• Axonius integration is no longer functioning and has been removed from the Exchange. The Archer Exchange team is currently working with Axonius to update this offering and will republish when available.
• Supply Wisdom integration is no longer functioning and has been removed from the Exchange. The Archer Exchange team is currently working with Supply Wisdom to update this offering and will republish when available.
• Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence integration has reached end of support and has been removed from the Exchange.
• Wolters Kluwer Regulatory Data Feed integration has reached end of support and has been removed from the Exchange.
