Description
Last Policy Update: December 2024
Last Supported Version Update: July 2026
Archer has updated the Product Version Life Cycle for the Archer Suite to better delineate our Long-term Support (LTS) Policy and our End of Product Support (EOPS) Policy.
Archer Suite reaches EOPS a minimum of 24 months following the date of the product’s General Availability, unless otherwise specified. Once a version reaches EOPS, Support is no longer available under base support/maintenance agreements. Clients interested in uninterrupted support must upgrade to a current release or purchase Extended Support for a 6-month period, where such Extended Support (outlined below) is offered. Clients may request to purchase one additional 6-month term, where offered. Clients must have a current Support Maintenance contract (Basic or Enhanced) as a prerequisite to the purchase of Extended Support.
Defects identified in releases that have not reached EOPS, are opened with Engineering and handled as outlined under our Software Defect Fix Policy.
Extended Support
Extends product support for up to six months beyond the EOPS date.
Included:
- Reasonable best-effort support assistance with the operation of Archer software.
- If available, known workarounds to product defects.
Not Included:
- Hot fixes
- Engineering support
