How do we search the old community support. I am not able to search or see any old community discussions of mine or others. Also not able to see any of my comments in old posts and queries.

I believe you are still not having the new reference field in the layout. Remove the old reference field and the new Cross Reference or the related record in the layout.

Still don't see any ways to see my old posts and comments. I guess all my old data is lost after the launch of new community site.

@Meg Oneil , We are currently using the version 6.15.1000.10136 which is part of 2025.12. Does this version already has fix? or do we need to upgrade it?Originally posted on June 8, 2026.
