Content Update
Beginning February 2025, Archer will no longer provide updates to authoritative sources and more. Existing content will remain available on the Archer Exchange. Learn more at Archer Content Updates (login required).
Transition to Paid Offerings
The Archer team has been working on significant improvements to the Archer Exchange to enable a true self-service buying experience. Archer is moving some free offering to a paid model. Learn more at New and Updated offerings available for purchase on the Archer Exchange (login required).
Offering Packages
Beginning February 2025, the Archer Exchange team will begin to transition offering packages from the Archer Community to the Archer Exchange. Refer to the release notes for complete information.
Archer Next Generation Risk Experience Custom Objects
The Archer Exchange team is updating offerings containing custom objects for compatibility with the Archer Next Generation Risk Experience (NGRX) to be released in the coming weeks.
End of Product Support Policy
Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, refer to the Product Version Life Cycle.
The following offerings have reached end of product support: Regology Regulatory Change Management Integration.
Free Friday Tech Huddles
Free Friday Tech Huddles are available to existing Archer clients and Partners. Please visit the Free Friday Tech Huddle Schedule page on the Archer Community to register.

Actually, this is the only working link. All the other links are not functioning. I'm receiving the error message mentioned above.

Like some of the other users who have commented here, I get 404 errors when I try to access a number of the links:
- Advanced Workflow Content
- BI Connector
- Mail Merge Wizard
If I click the links directly when not logged into Archer Exchange they appear to work. However, if I am already logged into Exchange, or I try to add the products to my cart and then login to Exchange, that's when I get the 404 errors.
Please advise.

With the 404 error message, please note the statement within the error message that indicates if you do not have a direct billing relationship with Archer (i.e. you are using a distributor or reseller for your purchase of Archer), we do not currently have a mechanism to sell or receive payment for the offering directly through the Archer Exchange to your organization at the present time. If you are logged in, you will receive this error.
