Content Update
Beginning February 2025, Archer will no longer provide updates to authoritative sources and more. Existing content will remain available on the Archer Exchange. Please review the Roadmap Blog Archer Content Updates (login required) for additional details.
Offering Packages
Beginning February 2025, the Archer Exchange team will begin to transition offering packages from the Archer Community to the Archer Exchange. For some free offerings, you will see the “Learn More” button change to “Try it for Free”. This button will take you to MyApps page which provides the option to download the offering from the Archer Exchange user interface. For paid offerings, users will need to complete the “Buy Now” purchase process to obtain the offering. The package will be available in the myApps page. For paid app-packs that require license key updates, you will need to complete the order via your account manager. The offering package will be available in myArcher. Please review the “Editions and Pricing” tab > Fulfillment message for details on where to obtain the package for your offering.
End of Product Support Policy
Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, refer to the Product Version Life Cycle.
Free Friday Tech Huddles

When clicking the ServiceNow link, I encounter a 404 error.

@Paul Casey , thank you for your great question. For now, Archer is able to sell offerings available on the Archer Exchange to clients that have direct billing and payment arrangements with Archer. I believe that your organization may be utilizing a distributor. Hence, when you try to access this specific offering while logged into the Archer Exchange, it is indicating that you cannot access the offering due to this billing relationship. Once logged in, the system doesn't show you offerings that you cannot purchase. We are hoping to expand our capabilities by the end of the year to enable our clients purchasing through distributors and resellers to purchase these offerings. Stay tuned...
