Archer Exchange marketplace purchasing capabilities now available
Overview
Archer announces the ability to purchase select Archer and partner offerings via a new user shopping experience on the Archer Exchange.
Archer clients can now select Archer and partner offerings, add them to your cart, and easily check out. The Archer Exchange will guide you through the steps to purchase and manage your subscriptions. Finally, Archer will bill organizations through the standard Archer billing and invoicing processes.
Products Available for Purchase
For this initial marketplace announcement, we are introducing the following partner and Archer offerings that can be purchased and fulfilled through the Archer Exchange:
- Archer Scripts Data Driven Events Analysis Tool & Utility
- Archer Scripts Date Validator Tool & Utility, available for a limited time for free
- Archer Scripts Save Confirmation Tool & Utility, available for a limited time for free
- Archer Scripts Timesheet App-Pack
- Archer Scripts User Status Indicator and Tooltip Tool & Utility
- Archer ZIP Management Tool & Utility
Restrictions
Purchases are currently restricted to existing clients who have a direct billing relationship with Archer. Clients that purchased Archer through a distributor or reseller can view and access free offerings or partner-referral offerings but will not be able to utilize commerce capabilities to purchase offerings at this time.
Access
With the addition of purchasing capabilities, new access permissions are required on the Archer Exchange to ensure that orders are created by users with the appropriate purchasing authority for your organization. New roles for the Company and Billing Admin will be added to your organization on the Archer Exchange. To learn more about these roles, please review the Purchasing FAQs on the Archer Community.
Beginning December 19, 2024, clients with direct billing arrangements will receive an email inviting contacts to join the Archer Exchange as the Company and Billing Admins.
- If your Company and/or Billing Admin has already logged into the Archer Exchange, the permissions will be automatically assigned to their existing user account.
- If the Company and Billing Admin have NOT previously logged into the Archer Exchange, they will receive an email inviting them to accept an invitation to join the Archer Exchange.
