I'm curious how other large enterprise users handle platform governance - prioritization amongst various module owners, etc.

I'd be interested in the following:
- How are enterprises training their First Line employees in risk management, and who do they consider to be the First Line
- How are enterprises handling the Business Unit Hierarchy in complex organizations such as:
- incorporated businesses in multiple jusrisdictions
- business units or holding companies with no employees but that still carry vendors, licenses, risks, etc.
- Matrixed organizational structures
- How organizations are monitoring, managing and communicating legislative and other jurisdictional changes in the organization
