Archer Program Feedback Survey Working Group

The Archer Exchange has been focused on how we can provide you the most value. After gathering initial feedback from you, we noticed that some of you would like to send internal surveys within your organization to help improve and gain a better understanding of how your internal teams use Archer for their roles.

The Archer Exchange is looking to develop an Archer Program Feedback Survey offering. The goal of this content is to provide a questionnaire that allows you to survey your internal teams on how they use Archer and gather any additional feedback to help improve the program. You can collect information from various teams using Archer associating it to the use cases they use. Having information like this would let you have a better understanding of how changes and updates might affect your users across the company. We want to provide you a way to track this kind of information consistently and regularly so you can stay up to date on your organization.

With this offering you would gain a better understanding of:

• Which teams are using Archer?
• What use cases are being used or not being used?
• What do you use Archer for?
• What the highest priorities for your Archer Admin teams are?

In order to provide the best products that aligns with the goals and needs of our customers, we would love to hear your feedback:

• What questions would you like to ask each of your teams?
• What information would your teams like to share with others in your organization?
• What roles or team, do you foresee sending or filling out this survey in your organization?
• Are you currently capturing information on your teams that use Archer? If so, what kind of information are you capturing?
• Do you have any additional feedback that you want to provide?
