Key Indicator Management Use Case Documentation & Best Practices (cross posted to Discussions 20220705)
My organization currently utilizes the Key Indicator Management Use Case but probably not to it's fullest potential.
Where might I locate documentation for the use case? I found all of the packages to install the use case.
I'd also like to chat with anyone that has developed a process to have their business units provide the Metric Results data. I'd like to do something similar to what I've built for our TPRM group (see below) with the regular Metric Results but before I begin the heavy lifting I thought I'd reach out to see how others have handled this type of situation.
For my TPRM group, I replaced the 'Third Party Metric Results' application with a questionnaire to allow me to create campaigns based on the Measurement Frequency to automatically create new records for the business units to enter their values. This way we could also monitor if people were getting their values reported for the appropriate time period.
Also - Can anyone explain the Monitoring Type > Banding?
I know this was long but thank you in advance to anyone that is able to share their knowledge/experience.
