Archer Design Partner Program Overview

The Archer® Design Partner Program provides an opportunity for customers and partners to engage directly with Archer Product Management and Engineering during the evolution of product ideas and new concepts. The intent is for Archer to gather your feedback to influence the evolution, scope, and prioritization of new and updated functionality.

Product and feature offerings shared through the Archer Design Partner Program are not guaranteed to proceed to production deployment. Some offerings may be deemed not valuable to customers and partners, and some offerings may be eliminated due to Archer business or engineering priorities.

As part of feedback opportunities, Design Partners may be asked to participate in:

• Surveys for gathering quantitative information
• Demonstrations of projects in development
• Reviews of prototypes or wireframes in static graphics or dynamic tools
• Review pre-release software in a non-production on-premises environment

Archer’s goal is to leverage this program to quickly gain your feedback. In most circumstances, time is of the essence to enable rapid prototyping and development of a concept or new functionality. An Archer Design Partner participant will be asked to provide quick turnaround of feedback for each program. 

Time commitments will vary based on the scope of each project. For some projects, you will be expected to simply attend a call and provide feedback on a prototype or wireframe. Other projects may require a larger time commitment, such as a month-long review of pre-release software with weekly check-ins and an agreement to spend several hours a week testing and providing feedback.

Once you have decided that you and your organization are willing to dedicate your time and resources, please review the Archer Design Partner Program Agreement and then complete the Archer Design Partner Program Application form.  Expressing interest in the Archer Design Partner Program does not guarantee acceptance.

Once accepted into the program, your interests will be matched with specific projects. You will be expected to participate in and provide feedback for those projects. This feedback helps drive improvements to the feature, helps us prioritize accordingly, and enables us to deliver value to our customers sooner. Lack of response with feedback, either affirmations or constructive improvements, could result in removal from the Archer Design Partner Program for future pre-release offerings.
