Third Party Metrics
Good Morning,
Can anyone share as to how they are utilizing the Third-Party Metrics application with Archer. The scorecard I would like to duplicate within the system seems unachievable. What has been your experience? Any modification to the application obtain a better end result?

Hi Daniel, Thanks for attaching an example of the scorecard you are trying to produce. The contents of your score card are all data points that are or can be tracked and reported via the Archer third-party governance solution. However, producing the information in the exact format and layout you have provided is not something you can do with the out of the box reports. If you want to retain the exact look and layout of fields as those in your attached example, you will need to use a mail merge or external report writer that will support the layout you want.

We have our annual scorecard as a questionnaire; using the Quantitative Summary and Findings to address the areas that need improvement.
The vendor risk, insurance requirements, contract risk, spend, and approvals are tracked on the Engagement record. We export all this to a mail-merge document to take to management for signatures.
