Archer Best Practices Guide - Crowdsourced
Have you been tasked with creating the "Archer Best Practices Guide" for your workplace? I'm guessing most of us have already gone through this exercise, with varying degrees of success.
What I would LOVE to do is crowdsource this document from the Champions group. We could start with tips/tricks/best practices documents that everyone has, and merge them into a cohesive document. We'd likely have to discuss issues where we have conflicting practices.
We would end up with a guide for everyone to use with our experience and knowledge. And, of course, you'd be free to remove/edit anything in your own copy that conflicts with the way you'd prefer to do business.
I think this would be hugely beneficial to everyone. There are so many wonderful tips and suggestions from conference presentations (like Andrea Dollen and Katie Bacon 's awesome presentation from Summit 2018!), it would be amazing to have one place to find everything.
I volunteer to do editing/merging (though I'd love other volunteers as well if anyone has the time)! What do people think? Please respond if you'd like to participate.

Hi Margo,
I think that´s a great idea and a perfect use-case for this community. I can definitely contribute content-wise and I would also say we should keep the structure / layout as simple as possible. I´d suggest that we gather tips in a spreadsheet and then everyone could use it as they please.
I'm happy to offer my support in any way I can.
Best regards
Fabian

That sounds like a great idea. We could separate them into worksheets by what the tip applies to (fields, reporting, etc.).
I'm hoping to get a few more folks on board, and then arrange a meeting (or perhaps discuss it in the Champions call).
Thank you!

You know that I am on board, but you already have most of my tips in the presentation that are generic enough to share!
