Today your european on premises clients cannot have the Archer instance management in place. Will it ever be available? Today our users are very unsatisfied of their experience as the archer pages have not evolved since the installation of Archer (2018).

The Archer Control panel for on-premises installations has all that is in the Archer Instance Manager and more. Your IT has control of this.

Hi Elisabeth...to echo Marcy...the ACP has been available for many years.

What do you mean exactly by "Archer instance management"?

    There two admin UIs.

    • The ACP which allows all instance and installation configuration at the database and server level. Depending your server access, you may not be able to get to that as it resides on the server.
    • Admin Dashboard which provide admin all configuration of the applications, workspaces, et al. You may not have access to this if you're not using the actual 'sysadmin' login or your permissions have been limited for some reason/group/role.

If you're talking about AIM on the Community, that is only for SaaS clients and has no bearing on on-prem clients.

Can you clarify what is missing?
