As an example, we have a field 'Description' in XYZ application. We have created a cross reference to XYZ application from ABC application, and selected Description in the Lookup Configuration.
While viewing the records if the 'description' has a long lengthy text, width of the columns of cross reference grid is not good enough to display the text in good format.
Kindly suggest is there any way we can permanently increase the width of each column in cross reference grids.

Currently, Archer doesn't have Auto-arrange width size of the Cross-Reference. Submitting as an Ideas will be best option

you can change the width with an JS custom object on the layout.
