scheduled report distribution report to be dynamically sent to recipient based on record permission field

Hi,

I have came across the requirement where I need to send a aggregated mail (Contains list of their own records for action) to the record owners for their action.

I can think this can be done if we create scheduled report based notification but we can't select any record permission field as recipient in report based notification. what alternate do I have to complete above requirement using notifications.

    Scheduled report notification cannot be sent to a record permission field. Best choice is to use digest notification for this purpose.

    Hi Prachi,

    You can place your static content which you do not want to be repeated in notification in the --> letterheads under header section and place your dynamic content in the body of the notification (Screenshot Attached). This way you can avoid content repetition.

    HI @Piyush,

    In digest notification, the content is getting repeated as many times the filter criteria is meeting.  and in case of 100 records to a single user, it is not looking good. How can we avoid content to be getting repeated.
