Hello all - wanted to provide a bit of clarification on this thread. The Archer Chatbot is exposed automatically to any user w/ a System Administrator role. For all others, applying the appropriate Group/Role is required. Yes, removing the email address from a profile will also prevent the Chatbot from appearing in the bottom left of the UI.
Regarding "announcements" - we will utilize the Outbound Messages functionality, enabling real-time/in-app. alerts for Administrators. For example – upgrade reminders and status updates relative to a SaaS incident, etc. If the Chatbot is not enabled, the messaging will also not be enabled.
Maybe it crashed Meladye, I had several tabs open, the chatbot took over all of them, I was able to close it in all, bar where I opened it. I had to close the tab to get rid.

@MikeBarnett You will just need to remove the default email address from your user profile.

Is that possible? The email address is used to sign in to the community.

You will remove it from your user profile when you log in to Archer, not from the community side.

Ah, sorry, misunderstood.
So if you don't want the bot, you won't get notifications. I'm sure clients will ask the question, they will not want to go without notifications.

@MikeBarnett just be warned doing so will prevent you from receiving any notifications from Archer.

Don't ask it a Question, there doesn't seem to be a way of closing it afterwards!!
