Hi All -
The process to share a personal report was changed in the last update to Archer. The new process requires that any users/groups be added to the report via the "share" feature in the master reports list. This change takes a once simple two click process and turns it into a 5-6 click process. Our platform users are extremely frustrated with this update since it has made sharing results extremely cumbersome.
Has anyone else noticed this change? If so, were you able to find any method to make the process of sharing reports more streamlined for your users?

Having the share icon on a report that isn't shareable is confusing.
Having to go to the master reports after I save the report & go look for it again, to share, is poor design.Originally posted on March 13, 2024.
