We currently have no intention of deploying a new release for the remainder of the year. That said, depending on the types of cases opened and severity across the customer base, a hot fix could be deployed if necessary. Even then, not all hot fixes require an down time.

Version 6.12 P1 HF4 was just deployed over the weekend and don't recall seeing any notice until after the fact.
Can you PLEASE establish a simple blast email to administrators for releases, hotfixes etc.
I believe there is already some sort of distribution for other announcements that go to the contact(s) listed on the account. Can just leverage that if need be.
