Hi,
I am searching for hours without any idea of the source of the problem...
I upgraded from a 6.7 version to the last 6.11 P2 (an I also tried with the 6.9).
On my dev environment, I have all services on one server and the upgrade did well, I don't have anymore Silverlight needed when I login.
On production environment, I have separated features on 3 servers (DataBase, Service and Web).
When I upgraded, I still have Silverlight when going to the administration panel.
I am suspecting an old configuration in IIS files but I don't find where is the problem.
Does any one encountered the same issue or have an idea on how to completely delete silverlight from the configuration?

@LaurentCasteil sounds like the web pages and such on the web servers weren't installed properly. It is best to open a ticket with support so they can see what's going on.
