Archer functionality questions

Hi all,

1. Risk Register Library --> Risk Register Instantiation: in our sandbox, the pull from risk register library is not working on the Business Process Form. We want to know where in the backend would that configuration/job is set up so we can see if its enabled.

2. Control Generator --> Control Procedure Instantiation: in our sandbox, the control generator functionality is not working as we try to create Control Procedures from Master Controls.  We want to know where in the backend would that configuration/job is set up so we can see if its enabled.

3. Is there a such thing as a Process Library? That can work like the Risk and Control functions above? It does not seem to be a process library/taxonomy function, where instead of creating New, you can pull from a library.
