Contact details seen on User account

Hi Team,

Wondering if this concern is known and addressed? On RP field user can see contact details. Is there a way to hide them?

    If you're on-prem, not hosted or SaaS,

    and if you have (or can get) access to the following:Archer control panel > Instance settings > General tab >Username Access Section >Uncheck username inclusion, Contact information,and then attribute display will become disabled.

    However,

    If there is a need to distinguish between multiple users with same FN / LN  - like Bob smith and bob Smith,

    upon hover in a User Group or Record Permission field,then turning OFF this option will make distinguishing between users more difficult in these field types.
