A remark to address for consistency - on the release note, the link for Fixed Issues should be standardised. If it is intended to be a list of known and fixed issues, can we call that out please i.e. Known and Fixed Issues or Outstanding and Solved Issues. In addition, for 2026.02 there are no fixed issues listed, does this mean that there are none and they haven't been called out or that there are some but they have been forgotten?

When are the security fixes to be incorporated in a platform download for on-prem customers? Thank you!!

Thank you for your question. Let me help clarify this for you.

Fixed Issues and Known Issues are published separately for each release. If Known Issues do not change, there is a note in the Advisory indicating that you should reference prior published versions and the link to those is included.

Fixed Issues are found in the Release Notes published on the public facing Archer Help Center and a link to the Release Notes in the Help Center is included in the Product Announcement. In the Release Notes section of the Help Center, each release has a row in the table. and there is a link at the bottom of the row labeled Fixed Issues with the files provided for view/download.

Known Issue are published on the access-granted Archer Community and the link for them are provided via the Product Announcement as is found above.

    Hope this helps.

And I will check internally on the Fixed Issues being the wrong files as it appears someone inadvertently posted the wrong ones. Sorry about that.

Security defect fix availability for OnPrem is outlined in the Product Version Life Cycle for the Archer Suite policy and its associated Software Defect Fix Policy.

New features including those that are security-based that apply for OnPrem are rolled into the annual LTS release as outlined in this New Archer Platform Release Support blog.
