@Meg Oneil could you write with build reference with UI released indicates, Version: 2024.11 Build: 6.15.00402.10054 and are you shorting the release to major minor noted?

Also Archer Support indicated on-premise clients will only get a release in December of calendar year, do Archer Advisory exclude this rule?

    Hi Stewart,

Last year in 2024, Archer changed to calendar versioning. You can read about it in this blog post.

The information on how the Product Version Lifecycle Policy works with this is outlined in this blog post. The blog includes links to the amended Product Version Lifecycle Policy and the associated Software Defect Fix policy. Under the Software Defect Fix policy, Archer will issue Update Releases for the identified calendar year LTS release, to address security vulnerabilities that align with the policy.

Hope this helps answer your questions.  Thank you for the inquiry.

Thank you @Meg Oneil  I think we know what to do now. We'll just have to keep the original download (tags), as it has some clue to your decoder ring! All notes make it simple, and reality is Version: 2024.11 Build: 6.15.00402.10054 by UI. Zip coming out is a build only #10054 and it is distributed to reconstituted machines often and loose those other details. Our product download purges as often on account with current only actions; I will go back and review there. Thank you again.
