NGRX Product Release Announcement - May 9, 2025

We are pleased to announce the General Availability of Archer Next Generation User Experience (NGRX) in Production environments across all regions as of May 9, 2025. This release includes functional enhancement and several issue resolutions.

• A new enhancement to the NGRX Record Page! You can now publish records to Engage from the record page. Administrators now have the ability to manage and restrict who can publish the records from Archer to Engage. This publishing permission is controlled through a new access right called Engage Publish.

• Known and Resolved issues:
  • NGRX May 9, 2025 known and resolved issues list in xlsx format
  • NGRX May 9, 2025 known and resolved issues list in PDF format

This new user experience is an optional feature that does not affect the existing Archer installation or user experience.
