We are pleased to announce the General Availability of Archer Next Generation User Experience (NGRX) in Non-Production and Production environments across all regions as of July 18, 2025. This release includes functional enhancements and several issue resolutions.
What's New?
- You can now add comments and annotations directly on PDF and image attachments—making collaboration and feedback easier than ever. For more details refer here. (Note: This feature is currently available in Non-Production environment only).
- Administrators can determine who has access and what type of access they have to that record, Investigate access is now available for NGRX.
- You can now quickly update/add columns on Tabular data from Search results page! Manage Columns is now available on NGRX.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a glitch where the Advanced Workflow button sometimes didn’t move content forward and just refreshed the page.
- Users will now stay in full-page edit mode after saving, allowing for uninterrupted workflow.
