We are pleased to announce the General Availability of Archer Next Generation User Experience (NGRX) in Non-Production and Production environments across all regions as of September 11, 2025. This release includes functional enhancements and several issue resolutions.
New & Improved
- You can now view and edit IP addresses field too.
- We have made few UX enhancements on record page, including clearer separation between different sections.
Fixes
- Resolved a problem where bulk downloads from the attachment field failed when selecting one or more files.
- Fixed an issue where Custom Objects were not honoring DDE rules when placed in sections alongside other fields.
