Archer is excited to announce the launch of Archer Product Pulse, a brand-new way for you to stay connected with our product direction, influence what’s next, and share your unique ideas and needs directly with our team. With this launch, you will see dedicated portals for the following product areas: Solutions, SaaS, Next Gen Risk Experience, Engage and Exchange. These portals are a modern, transparent, and collaborative way for you to stay connected with our roadmap, provide input, and help shape the future of our products.
Each Product Pulse portal gives you access to:
- A searchable list of features relevant to the product area
- Voting capabilities to support the features that matter most to you
- A way to submit new ideas or enhancement requests
- A feedback loop where your voice helps shape priorities
Beyond voting and feedback, Product Pulse creates a pathway for deeper collaboration between Archer and our client community. As we prioritize certain features, we may reach out to interested clients who’ve submitted or supported related feedback, to share updates, invite them to join working groups, or test early concepts. Your engagement can shape real outcomes.
Each portal is organised by the stage of our feature development, giving you clear visibility into how a feature evolves through our roadmap:
- Under-Consideration
Early stage ideas, market trends and strategic concepts we wish to validate with our clients before adding them to our roadmap.
- Planning
Prioritized features that have made it to the roadmap but are not yet in active development.
- In Progress
Features that are actively being built by our engineering teams.
- Released
Recently delivered features you can start using today.
When you submit feedback whether on an existing feature or a brand-new idea, the feedback will route directly to our Product Management team. We encourage you to share your specific business context, so we can better understand your needs and evaluate how they align with broader priorities.
When a new idea is submitted, it will then go through our internal triage and prioritisation process. Every new idea submission will not appear in the portal, but once your idea is linked to a feature that is prioritised on our roadmap, your feedback will be visible on the portal. Even if your request isn’t added on the portal, your input helps us understand emerging patterns and future opportunities. And in some cases, our PMs may reach out to you for deeper collaboration through Working Groups or Roadmap Feedback Sessions.
A few things to keep in mind:
· You don’t need to search for existing ideas from others before submitting a new idea, just tell us what you need and why.
· Your feedback is never lost, even if it doesn’t appear in the portal.
· Feedback is visible on the feature tile and color-coded based on the criticality level you select.
· Only feedback submitted using your organization’s official email will be reviewed.
